Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

RigPost (“RigPost,” “we,” “us”) is a service-management application for RV service & repair shops, operated by TKO Cloud Solutions LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using RigPost you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details, provided when you sign up or sign in (including via Google Sign-In).
  • Shop & business data — the records you create in RigPost: customers, rigs (RVs), work orders, estimates, invoices, schedules, photos you upload, and related service history.
  • Payment information — subscription billing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe processes payments on our behalf.
  • Google user data — if you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access data through Google APIs as described below.
  • Usage & device data — basic technical information (e.g., IP address, browser type) used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Google user data & Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is optional and per user. When you connect it, you grant RigPost access via Google OAuth to the following scopes:

  • openid, email — to identify the connected Google account.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly — to read your calendar events so we can show your personal commitments alongside shop jobs on the Schedule.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — to create and update calendar events when you schedule a job, so appointments appear on your calendar.

We use this Google data solely to provide the calendar features you request. Specifically, we:

  • Display your calendar events on your RigPost Schedule; and
  • Add or update events on your calendar for work orders you schedule.

We do not sell your Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Access tokens are stored securely on our servers, are never exposed to other users, and are used only to make the calendar requests above on your behalf.

Limited Use disclosure

RigPost’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and secure the RigPost service and its features.
  • To process subscription billing and prevent fraud/abuse.
  • To provide optional AI features (see below) when you invoke them.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate service-related notices.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number to an RV shop that uses RigPost (for example, by submitting a service request or booking service), that shop may send you service-related text messages through RigPost’s messaging provider (Twilio) — such as appointment reminders, “your RV is ready” status updates, and occasional review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above on behalf of the shop you contacted, via our messaging provider.

AI features

Certain optional features (drafting estimates, summaries, photo analysis, and marketing drafts) send the relevant text and/or images you provide to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a draft you can edit. This processing happens only when you invoke the feature. Under Anthropic’s commercial API terms, your data is not used to train their models.

Service providers we use

We share data only with providers that help us operate RigPost, under their respective terms:

  • Google Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, database, file storage, and hosting.
  • Stripe — subscription and payment processing.
  • Twilio — sending service-related text messages (SMS).
  • Twilio SendGrid — sending transactional emails (e.g., receipts, notifications).
  • Anthropic — AI draft generation, when you use AI features.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & deletion

  • Disconnect Google Calendar at any timein Settings → Calendars. Disconnecting revokes RigPost’s access and deletes the stored Google tokens for your account.
  • You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@rigpost.com. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and per-shop data isolation. Sensitive credentials (such as Google tokens) are stored server-side and are never accessible to other users or shops.

Children’s privacy

RigPost is a business tool not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated within the app.
