Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RigPost, a service-management application for RV service & repair shops operated by TKO Cloud Solutions LLC (“RigPost,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using RigPost, you agree to these Terms.

The service

RigPost provides tools to manage customers, rigs, work orders, estimates and invoices, scheduling, photo documentation, optional AI assistance, and optional integrations such as Google Calendar. Features may vary by subscription plan and change over time.

Accounts & eligibility

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members’ use of the service.
  • You must be able to form a binding contract and use RigPost for lawful business purposes.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans and add-ons are billed on a recurring basis through our processor, Stripe.
  • Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • You may cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice for future billing periods.

Accepting customer card payments (Stripe Connect)

RigPost optionally lets your shop accept card payments from your customers through Stripe. If you enable this, you create your own Stripe connected account and are separately bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Payments are charged directly on your connected account and paid out to your bank. TKO Cloud Solutions LLC does not take custody of, hold, or control those funds, and is not a payment processor, money transmitter, bank, or party to the transaction between you and your customer.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The goods and services you sell, and the accuracy of every estimate, invoice, and amount you charge;
  • All refunds, returns, disputes, chargebacks, reversals, fines, penalties, and processing fees arising from your transactions;
  • Any negative or deficit balance on your connected account, and keeping that account in good standing and sufficiently funded;
  • Complying with the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, card network rules, and all applicable law, including not selling restricted or prohibited products or services;
  • Providing customer service to your own customers, including handling billing questions and disputes.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TKO Cloud Solutions LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, reserves, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your transactions, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or negative account balances; (b) the goods or services you sell; (c) your breach of these Terms, the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, card network rules, or applicable law; (d) your use of text messaging or email features, including any claim under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or similar law; or (e) your fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Where Stripe or a card network debits, withholds, offsets, or holds a reserve against TKO Cloud Solutions LLC because of activity on your connected account, that amount is a debt you owe us and you will reimburse us in full.

Recovery & offset

If you owe us an amount under the sections above, we may recover it by charging the payment method you have on file with us, offsetting it against any amounts we owe you, and/or invoicing you for immediate payment. Amounts not paid when due may accrue interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, and you will reimburse our reasonable costs of collection. We may also suspend card payment features, or your access to RigPost, until the balance is resolved.

Your data

The shop data you enter (customers, rigs, work orders, photos, etc.) belongs to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use RigPost to violate any law or third-party right, or to store unlawful content;
  • Attempt to breach security, disrupt the service, or access data that isn’t yours;
  • Resell or provide the service to third parties except your own shop’s users.

Third-party services

RigPost integrates with third-party services (including Google, Stripe, and Anthropic). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Disclaimers

RigPost is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated content (estimates, summaries, drafts, suggestions) may be inaccurate and is provided for your review — you are responsible for verifying it before relying on or sending it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TKO Cloud Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

For clarity, we are not liable for losses arising from your own transactions — including refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud committed against or by your shop, or a negative balance on your connected account — and the cap above does not limit your obligations under the Indemnification and Recovery & offset sections.

Termination

You may stop using RigPost at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated within the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
