SMS Terms & Messaging Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026
RigPost is a service-management application for RV service & repair shops, operated by TKO Cloud Solutions LLC. RigPost sends service-related text messages on behalf of the independent RV service shops that use it. This page explains what those messages are, how you consent to receive them, and how to stop them at any time.
Program description
When you request service from a shop that uses RigPost, that shop may send you text messages about your own service job. These are transactional, service-related messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we never send messages on behalf of third parties.
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Technician arrival / ETA notices (“on my way”)
- Job status updates, including “your RV is ready for pickup”
- Estimate approval and invoice/payment links for your job
- An occasional request to review the shop after your job is complete
How you opt in
Consent is always something you actively give — it is never assumed and it is never required in order to receive service. You may opt in by either of these methods:
- Online service-request form.On a shop’s public request page, you enter your mobile number and check a consent box that is unchecked by default. Submitting the form without checking that box still submits your service request.
- In person or by phone. You give the shop verbal permission to text you about your job, and the shop records that consent in your customer file.
The consent language shown next to the checkbox reads: “Yes, text me about my service request. I agree to receive service-related text messages (appointment reminders, status updates, and review requests) from this shop at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” The shop stores the date and time of your consent along with the exact wording you agreed to.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your job. A typical repair generates only a few messages — for example an appointment confirmation, an arrival notice, and a “ready for pickup” update.
Cost
RigPost and the shop do not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop all further texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no more. Opting out of texts does not affect your service work — the shop can still reach you by phone or email.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact your shop directly using the phone number on your estimate or invoice. For questions about RigPost itself, email support@rigpost.com.
Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more.
